Governmental organizations have always been targets for the special services of other states, who spare neither expense nor time to penetrate into their information systems. Imperfect information protection standards do not allow guaranteeing the proper decrease in risks. Moreover, Ukrainian institutions suffer significantly from fraud in the automated processes of procurement, testing, registration etc. We suggest that the key personnel of state companies and authorities consider the following services:
- fight against fraud
- trainings
- information security management
- information technology management
- incident processing and malicious software analysis
